Note: Northern Ireland and Eire customers have
the pleasure to come and collect from our warehouse as we are based in Northern
Ireland however due to the Royal Mail restrictions on flight of all batteries
all units are required to purchase Hermes delivery which can take a little
longer but WILL arrive.
We are experienced sellers of products, so to keep trust within the
business all our units come with small marks to identify they are ours, this is
very specific marking as to avoid unnecessary returns that go into dispute
due to scamming caused by dishonest buyers.

Dispatch:Â We will dispatch in the

Royal Mail:Â This service is for BT
postcodes only as we are based in Northern Ireland aiming for next day service
sometimes can take up to 3-4Â working days.
For all other
locations within the United Kingdom we use Hermes and this can at times take up
to 3-5 days due to being a battery product. Sometimes Hermes tracking can be a
little slow on updating their records so please remain patient.
Over Seas Shipping:Â We only ship to Ireland
and all parts of the UK
Dispatch:Â All items purchased are
picked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase with the exclusions
of Sundays and Bank holidays due to postal service limitations – we will notify
you of any delay processing your order
Delivery: All UK delivery use 1st class Royal Mail
Unfortunately from time to time packages do get lost or delayed, Royal Mail
won t class any item as missing until 14 working days (UK) has passed. If the
package is lost or delayed a new item will be posted out, if the item is no
longer available a full refund will be issued Please note: We always claim for
losses from Royal Mail. Royal Mail won t tolerate abuse of the postal system.
If you cannot receive this item through Royal Mail please contact us first.
Disclaimer:Â Replacing the battery can
result in complications if not done correctly or if the UNIT is already
damaged. The Tech Shed and the Battery Shop can not be held responsible for any
damage or problems caused on the unit you are installing the battery before,
during or after the repair process. If the battery is dead on arrival, please
keep it on charge for 24 hours before applying for a replacement if the unit
isn t taking charge we recommend to send a message to our support team.
Return:Â We accept returns or replacements if there is anything you are not
happy with please contact us first CONTACT-OTHER before just raising a case as
this affects our selling rating and will affect how we do business, we are a
small trader and depend on this business as an income.
Before use: For the new battery, we suggest that all of our
customer should fully charge it using the AC power adapter, because the
capacity requirement will strain out by inner PCB circuit. In order to protect your battery life, you
can full charge to 100% and drain to 1% 2 times. Charge the battery regularly,
at least once a month.
